Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked a few details that we need to complete the order.

Footwear Purchases :

When ordering footwear please order your usual US size. All of the footwear sizes on this site are US womens full sizes. You should increase to the next full size if you are a ½ size. When buying open toe high heels we recommend you order your usual size. When buying closed toe high heels we recommend you increase the size by ½ or the next full size.

To purchase any of our shoes for men please increase your usual size by 2.

Patent (PAT) has a glossy, high sheen appearance. PU is short for Polyurethane, a matt finish designed to look like leather. Leather is usually soft and supple with a textured appearance – it is the highest quality material used in shoe making.

Shipping And Handling

Fantasyheels LLC aim to despatch all orders between 3 - 21 days. You should allow 7 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available within 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short time until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you informed.

US Shipping Rates :

Orders over $100 are FREE

Orders of between $0 - $99.99 cost $9.99 to deliver.

Canadian Shipping Rates :

Delivery is $19.95 per order.

Worldwide Shipping Rates (Excluding USA And Canada) :

Delivery is $39.99 per order.

Customs, Duties And Taxes :

Keep in mind that your country may impose duties, taxes and other fees which you will have to pay before your order will be released from customs. If you're not sure what you'll have to pay, please contact your local trade or customs office. Unfortunately, we have no reliable way of gathering this information for you.

We describe the contents for customs forms purposes as clothing, but we note on the customs form that a detailed invoice is enclosed.

Unfortunately, we cannot mark the package as a gift under any circumstances.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are dispatched by UPS / Fedex / DHL via ground service which will take 1 - 5 days to arrive after dispatch. Your parcel will need to be signed for, so if no one is at the delivery address a calling card will be left so you can collect it yourself from the depot or arrange re-delivery to suit you. When you place your order you can select a different address for delivery e.g. Work or neighbour for convenience. Fantasyheels LLC accepts no responsibility or liability for goods once they have been signed for by the customer. In the event that a dispatched order is not received by the customer and cannot be traced Fantasyheels LLC will replace the goods at no extra cost.

All orders are packaged discreetly in plain wrapping with your address and the Fantasyheels LLC address on the reverse side.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Prices will show all relevant US taxes.

All payments on this website are taken on a secure server by Worldpay, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank Of Scotland. After passing the invoice page in the checkout section of the website you will be transferred to a secure Worldpay page. Once there you will enter your debit card details into the Worldpay payment form. You will see the secure padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser which indicates you are paying on a secure server.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is a very serious matter for Fantasyheels LLC. It is true that in order to process your request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and return it to us within 15 days of delivery with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must be unworn and unmarked and undamaged. We will not refund any products returned without original packaging, ie, boxes as they are unsellable. Please complete the "Refund Sheet" giving details of any replacement style, size and colour or reason for return.

We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. Fantasyheels LLC will refund postage on faulty items. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.

If you chose to have a refund, your card will be re-credited the full amount less a 15% restocking fee.
